POSITION SUMMARY/CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Prizmah is seeking part-time, temporary support for marketing and communications work from now until June 30, 2021. The role includes:

• Pasting content into designed emails 2x a week to send to stakeholders and responding to staff feedback on drafts of these communications

• Creating emails based on a standard template about events 1 - 3x a week

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position include:

• Attention to detail • Strong proof-reading skills

• Ability to manage feedback on communications in a timely way

• Basic knowledge of email systems, CRMs/CMS, and Google programs

• Willingness to learn new technology platforms

• Availability on Wednesdays from 9 AM - 5 PM ET and Mondays 2 – 5 PM

Bonus skill sets include:

• Knowledge of CiviCRM and/or Mosaico

• An eye for good design and branding

• Strong copy-writing skills
